भोपाल एनकाउंटर फर्जी, दोषियों को मिले सजा-ए-मौत- जस्टिस काटजू

नई दिल्ली- रिहाई मंच और कांग्रेस महासचिव दिग्विजय सिंह के बाद अब सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के पूर्व न्यायाधीश जस्टिस मार्कण्डेय काटजू ने भी भोपाल केन्द्रीय कारागार से कथित तौर पर भागे सिमी के कथित 8 सदस्यों के एन्काउन्टर के फर्जी होने का सन्देह व्यक्त किया है।

जस्टिस काटजू ने अपने आधिकारिक फेसबुक पेज पर लिखा-

जहाँ तक मुझे जानकारी प्राप्त हुई है, कथित एन्काउंटर फेक है। जो भी इसके लिए जिम्मेदार हैं, ना केवल वो जिन्होंने इसे अंजाम दिया, बल्कि आदेश देने वाले वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों और नेताओं को भी मौत की सजा दी जानी चाहिए।
उन्होंने प्रकाश कदम बनाम रामप्रसाद विश्वनाथ गुप्ता केस का हवाला भी दिया।

जस्टिस काटजू की फेसबुक पोस्ट निम्नवत् है-
From what I could gather, the so called ‘encounter’ in Bhopal was fake, and all those responsible for it, not only those who did the actual executions, but also those who ordered it, including politicians and senior police officers, must be given death sentence, as held by my bench in the Supreme Court in Prakash Kadam vs. Ramprasad Vishwanath Gupta ( see online ).

In the Nuremburg trials after the end of the Second World War the Nazi war criminals took the plea that ‘ orders are orders ‘. But this plea was rejected, and most of them were ordered to be hanged.

So trigger happy policemen who think they can do extra judicial killings and get away with it should know that the gallows await them.
